Nous vivons dans un quartier calme, dans une petite commune située à environ 10 minutes de la mer (baie de St Brieuc, côte de Goëlo). D'une superficie d'environ 30 m2, notre studio sera l'endroit parfait pour profiter d'un séjour reposant en terre bretonne !

Facing the garden of Villa Carmelie, this self-catering apartment is on the ground floor of a house. It is located a 15 minute walk to the city center and train station (3 minute drive). The environment is rather calm and green. Free parking adjacent to the house makes parking easy. (There is a small dog in the main house but cannot access the accommodation as the terrace is closed.)
