Dream vacation in Obernsees, in the middle of Franconian Switzerland! Cozy apartment for two! Bedroom with two armchairs, fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The surroundings are just waiting to be explored. Hiking trails, bike tours, via ferrata, canoe trips with fantastic villages and towns - best beers 🍻. Therme-Obernsees is right in the village (3 minutes). Sanspareil only 15 minutes away - Bayreuth, Pottenstein and Gößweinstein only 25 minutes away.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen fränkischen Bauernhof, am Waldrand im schönsten Gebiet der fränkischen Schweiz. In der Engelschanze befinden sich 2 separate Wohnungen, die aber auch als Einheit für 8-10 Personen gebucht werden können. Der große Garten kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Our small quiet penthouse, with 7 x 2 m loggia is self-contained and accessible only to guests during the rental period. It has been renovated and is located between the Margrave city of Bayreuth and the UNESCO World Heritage City of Bamberg (distance about 35 minutes by car) in beautiful Franconian Switzerland. Nearby is the Obernsee thermal bath about 15 km away. In Pottenstein, 30 km away, is the Teufelshöhle [Devil's Cave] as well as other leisure activities.

16 sqm coziness in friendly furnished bungalow for 2 people. Quiet location amidst the greenery, adjacent to forest, meadows and fields! The kitchenette offers everything you need, as well as a sink, refrigerator, double induction stove, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The cuddly double bed (160m x 200m) has two dimmable bedside lamps and side shelves. Sufficient storage space is provided by two shelves, the space under the bed and numerous wall hooks.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

Beautiful, modern, 1-room apartment (25 sqm) in a small separate house in Gasseldorf (district outside of Ebermannstadt). The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
