Havel Suites 1 room apartment with garden & sauna

Freshly renovated 1-room apartment with kitchen and shower room in Havelberg. The house was built in the 19th century and has been renovated since 2021. Thus, some modern vacation apartments have been created in this house. In addition, there is a barbecue area with a fire basket, a sauna and a hot tub (bathtub for 6 people) in the garden right in front of the house for our guests to use free of charge. A bicycle garage is also available directly on the property and is included in the price of the accommodation.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

There is no central heating. There is a convection oven, which is similar to a tiled stove, but quickly provides cozy warmth. The place is heated on arrival, and the heat usually lasts until the next morning. Cheering is easy! Relax, also enjoy silence in a stylish guest apartment, feel comfortable no matter the weather. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of bike paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
