Maison neuve terminée début février 2019. Elle est d'une surface de 126m² + le batiment piscine de 60m². La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes avec un maximum de 4 adultes. La piscine est chauffée à 28° été comme hiver et est réservée aux locataires. Lantic est une commune tranquille près des plages (Binic et St Quay Portrieux à 7km, Etables à 5 km) Il y a également des activités (proximité zoo, golf, accrobranches etc...)

Absolute calm, in the center of Erquy. Everything is within walking distance. 300 m from the central beach, 600 m from the port and its restaurants, 800 m from Caroual beach

3 minutes from the RN12 and the largest shopping area of 22, our 100 m² house was the living space of our small family. It is ideal for a family and suitable for small children. So you will find an outdoor area with a children's structure as well as a paddling pool. Inside, a game room and everything you need for everyone to have a good time.
