Le Gîte de Lancanaff près de Bréhat

Le gîte de Marie-Pierre est situé à Pleubian, à l'extrémité de la presqu'île sauvage de Lézardrieux, entre Paimpol et Perros Guirec, tout près de l'île de Bréhat. La mer est toute proche ! On se rend en quelques minutes à pied sur la grève dominée par la jolie maison phare de Port La Chaîne. Un paysage toujours différent, variant au gré des marées, des heures de la journée et de la météo dont on ne se lasse pas ! Maison récente de 71 m2, lumineuse, située à mi-chemin entre le bourg et la plage. La maison est constituée d'une grande pièce de vie (salon-séjour- cuisine), d'une salle de bain et de 2 chambres (une avec mezzanine). Une grande terrasse aménagée côtés Sud et ouest vous permet de profiter du soleil. L’environnement est très calme (chemin agricole), la maison est à l’écart de la route et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Vous bénéficiez d’une vue sur les cultures environnantes et d’une petite vue sur la mer.
