Small house at the Château de la Ville Bodin, ideally located in Pleudihen-sur-Rance on the Emerald Coast (St Malo/Dinard 15 minutes away, Dinan 10 minutes away, 45 minutes from Mt St Miche). Cale and Mordreuc Beach 3 km away, the village 1 km away, large beaches on the coast 19 km away. Ideal accommodation for 4 people, can accommodate up to 5. Consists of: Ground floor: lounge area with 2-seater sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette, shower room. Large upstairs bedroom with queen size bed, single bed, baby bed.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.
