For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Well-equipped and friendly, nice neighborhood, close to shops, and sea 500 m all around. Main beaches 2 km away (about 25 minutes' walk and 10 minutes' bike ride), easy to park near the beaches. Linens and towels provided for added comfort, cleaning not included, possible extra on request.

The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.
