The peaceful haven of the Pink Granite Coast

Very nice house located in an exceptional setting close to the golf course of St Samson and the equestrian center St Samson. In three minutes by car, you will be in Trégastel and you can enjoy its thirteen beaches on the sublime Côte de Granit Rose! The house consists of a large living room with kitchen and dining room, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and an attic room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Townhouse of 75 m2, large wooden terrace, south-facing garden, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, one with a 160 bed, and the other with a 140 bed and a real baby bed. Well-equipped and friendly, nice neighborhood, close to shops, and sea 500 m all around. Main beaches 2 km away (about 25 minutes' walk and 10 minutes' bike ride), easy to park near the beaches. Linens and towels provided for added comfort, cleaning not included, possible extra on request.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

Authentic renovated barn near the GR34 in the countryside with a terrace and a well exposed garden and 1 km from the sea. The accommodation is composed of a living room with kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom. And an adjoining room with bathroom and dry toilet and urinal. Possibility to cook simply in the barn (fridge, hob and sink, no hot water. Not suitable for the elderly and we prefer guests with an ecological approach
