Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

we had a pleasant stay at the foot of the beach. Several other beaches are within walking distance. One of the big advantages is a large bay window overlooking a beautiful shaded terrace, which is very pleasant in the event of high heat. Well located, 2 steps from essential shops. We enjoyed these few days in the sun. Very friendly and responsive host.

Very nice little house in the center of Carnac (bakery, butcher and delicatessen 2 steps away) and close to the beach. It is incredibly equipped, for the outside (BBQ, plancha, balls to enjoy the field, Breton pucks, darts, ping pong, etc.) as well as for the inside. Everything is new (excellent bedding) and tastefully redone. Carole is attentive and did her best for our check-in and check-out. Top notch. Thanks

Very nicely renovated authentic house with zen materials and very comfortable. Good beds and functional bathrooms. Nice garden. However, it is atypical that the living room is on the first floor and is therefore somewhat separate from the view of the garden in terms of experience. Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Very nice house, well located close to the beautiful Ria d'Etel. Plan for an additional cost for energy expenses (€120 for 3 days) when renting the house with pool. Perhaps a drop in the temperature in the pool room should be studied, especially when it is not in use (night, etc.) Thank you for these 3 days of discovery of this sector of Morbihan.

His apartment is not as he humbly says "well equipped" but perfectly equipped. and what generosity: small welcome gift, everything you need to prepare a vinaigrette, new sachet of Senseo pods, new sponges, new soaps... in short, you can go to Vincent's without planning anything! What happiness! and the location is excellent! Very quiet, 5 minutes' walk from a promenade along the edge of Conleau Bay.
