Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will probably meet our 2 cats and on occasion you might hear our little dog speak. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Train station 15 min

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

The room is on the mezzanine and the living room area is a cozy place for meals and relaxation. The whole is bright and well ventilated with its two skylights. The environment is pleasant, green and relaxing. It has the advantage of being close to all amenities with the lively village of Ploemeur 800 m away and at the foot of natural areas: forest, ponds, and seaside.
