We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

The small cottage"Le Doctoral".. consists of a bedroom, a bathroom of independent toilets and a kitchen equipped with kitchen,fridge,a terrace with garden furniture on the park ..this small cottage is completely independent from the rest of the house where we live in the year. you are by car 10 minutes from the pier for brehat and 10 minutes on foot from the port of paimpol.. WiFi in the cottage. You are in an old stone farmhouse of the 1900s rather rustic with a lot of charm .

Lively center with its restaurants, the Ty gwen pizzeria⭐️⭐️⭐️, its surf school... organic bakery. Les filles du bord de mer, bar. Our wooden frame cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded plot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't receive pets.
