La Grange has three bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people, so suits larger groups. It is wheelchair accessible. Ground floor double bedroom connects to wet room shower + toilet. 1st floor has another double bedroom, a third bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds and a bathroom. Washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, English & French TV, wifi, log fire, electric radiators. Garden has trampoline, garden tables, chairs and barbeque. highchair and cot available.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.
