Notre appartement est un chaleureux cocon plein de charme, en plein centre-ville, proche de la gare et du centre historique de Saint-Brieuc. Il est au 1er étage (sans ascenseur) de notre petit immeuble familial. L'appartement (40m2) traversant et tout cosy, est composé d’une cuisine indépendante bien équipée, d’un salon très lumineux avec canapé convertible 2 personnes, d’une chambre avec un lit de 140 et un bureau, d’une salle de douche et wc.

Nous vivons dans un quartier calme, dans une petite commune située à environ 10 minutes de la mer (baie de St Brieuc, côte de Goëlo).
