Full foot on about 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 squaremeters, a large bay window, it is spacious, clear and quiet at only 200 m from the costal footpath GR 34, the port,the beach of Théven and "mouvaise grêve"..swimming Pool on site for the guests, lovely coastal footpath and fanatstic views on Dossen beach, Port Neuf and island " Batz"..

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The large garden borders the coastal footpath: GR34 Freshly renovated, the interior of the house is warm: wood/white/stone. Do not hesitate to contact me for any request!

Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

Nous avons le plaisir de vous accueillir dans un gite situé à proximité de belles plages de sable fin, non loin de la thalasso et du vieux port typique de Roscoff. Beaucoup d'activités sont possibles: char à voile, paddle, école de voile, pêche, randonnée (GR34) vélo et de nombreuses visites, ile de Batz, jardin exotique, le circuit des enclos paroissiaux… Nou serons présents lors de votre arrivée pour toutes les informations.

Cette jolie maison est située au cœur de Plounéour-Trez, au calme et à 800m de la plage. Elle peut accueillir 3 personnes. Deux grandes chambres sont à disposition, un joli jardin clos et la wifi. Les animaux sont acceptés, mais ne sont pas autorisés aux étages et dans les chambres, Merci. A noter : les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis.
