Dans les Côtes d'Armor, venez profiter de notre maison (10 couchages) avec sa piscine privative intérieure chauffée toute l'année. A 6 km de Quintin (3ème Village Préféré des Français en 2022), 30 km de la mer, posez vos valises et détendez vous! Vous pourrez également arpenter les nombreuses boucles de randos qui parcourent ce territoire. Pour les séjours de 7 nuits au moins, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée et le linge de bain fourni! (une caution de 1500€ vous est demandée à l'arrivée)

Situé en centre Bretagne à Cléguerec (Pontivy), l'abrigîte peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Le gîte peut être associé à notre kota Finlandais (4 personnes). Les Chèques Vacances sont acceptés. Le petit plus de notre gîte ? Une jolie véranda familiale avec un baby-foot prêt à vous divertir. Le gîte est à proximité du lac de Guerledan, du canal de Nantes à Brest et à seulement 50mn des plages du Morbihan et St Brieuc. Amoureux de la Bretagne, nous sommes prêts à vous accueillir !

La Petite Maison

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

This beautiful one bedroom property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. On the ground floor this property has an open plan living space, featuring a kitchen, dining and lounge area, warmed by a large wood stove. The shower room and toilet are also on this level. Up stairs is the master bedroom and relaxing loft area with a sofa bed. At the rear of the property is a private patio with uninterrupted views of the Breton countryside. This property is part of a privately owned hamlet.
