Hi , come and spend a quiet stay in the gîte of the Ranch aux Paons. At the edge of a wood and in the countryside, the cottage is ideally located. Quick access to the RN12 will facilitate your travels throughout Brittany. [1 hour from Brest and Saint Malo, and of course the immediate proximity of the Pink Granite Coast, the 7 islands, Plougrescant and many others] At the Ranch aux Paons we raise ornamental birds (peacocks/pheasants/chickens) that you will have the pleasure of seeing stroll around in total freedom.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Longère attenante à notre habitation, dans un hameau au calme à la campagne, à 1 km de l'axe Rennes - Brest, 4 kms du centre ville de Guingamp, 30 mn des plages. Le logement comprend : - au rez de chaussée : une pièce à vivre de 30 m2 avec un canapé convertible, une cuisine équipée, une salle d'eau ; - à l'étage : 2 chambres avec lits doubles 140 et 160, un espace bibliothèque avec bureau. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée. Nous fournissons les serviettes et les torchons.
