Gîte de Lezenor

Lezenor was a traditional Breton farm. You will stay in the renovated house, in the countryside, in a very quiet hamlet. The sea is very close: 3 km GR 34: 5 km from the Yaudet site: 8 km from the port of Locquémeau: 10 km from the bay of Saint Efflam: 15 km from the Pink Granite coast and many other places that we will be happy to show you. Lannion and its large Thursday market are within walking distance (30 min). You will find a hypermarket 1 km away and our home 400 m away.

Pretty little townhouse, with a simple and refined style, completely renovated by us with care. Located near the historic center, in a quiet area you will have plenty of time to stroll through the pedestrian streets, to discover the small shops, as well as the market on thursdays, to taste a "Paris-Lannion" in the best pastry in the city, to sip in the evening, an "aperitif" on the famous "place du centre" known for its half-timbered houses.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

Waterfront Lodge

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

Studio adjoining a pretty Breton house with terrace It consists of a living room area, kitchenette and a bathroom (shower and toilet) on the ground floor. The large upstairs bedroom is accessed via a staircase. It consists of a 160 x 200 bed, storage, small sofa and TV. Outdoor area accessible with garden furniture provided.

A 10-minute walk to the city center, you will enjoy in this independent studio, located on the ground floor of our house, a haven of peace in a small cul-de-sac subdivision on the rooftops of Lannion. A private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and BBQ complete this accommodation.
