Lezenor was a traditional Breton farm. You will stay in the renovated house, in the countryside, in a very quiet hamlet. The sea is very close: 3 km GR 34: 5 km from the Yaudet site: 8 km from the port of Locquémeau: 10 km from the bay of Saint Efflam: 15 km from the Pink Granite coast and many other places that we will be happy to show you. Lannion and its large Thursday market are within walking distance (30 min). You will find a hypermarket 1 km away and our home 400 m away.

Come and discover the Trégor coast in a quiet environment close to a pretty village offering all amenities. The 100 m2 house with garden (semi-detached by the garage) has on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen, dining room-living room, bathroom and toilet and upstairs: 3 bedrooms, bathroom-toilet. The sea is 5 km away (St-Michel en Grèves beach). From Locquirec to Paimpol, via the coast of Granit Rose, Tréguier and Plougrescant, the panoramas provide a real change of scenery.

Bénédicte serait heureuse de vous accueillir dans sa maison récente de 45 m2, calme et confortable, en bois, (norme ISO 2012) classée,conçue pour vous séduire. De la côte de granit rose à l'île de Bréhat, 4 ou 5 journées vous seraient utiles pour visiter le Trégor. Une chambre, un grand séjour,un coin cuisine ,WC et salle de bain séparée,une terrasse vue sur mer ....

New house that can accommodate 4 people with a magnificent sea view. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious living room upstairs overlooking a beautiful sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and the classified site of Dourven. Locquemeau, a small fishing village, is located close to the Pink Granite Coast.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

It is ideally located 500 m from a dynamic village that offers many shops and services (bakeries, supermarket, fishmonger, delicatessen, doctors, dentist, pharmacy...). It is located 3 km from the sea and the beach (accessible by a greenway), in a quiet environment. Many activities (sports, cultural, historical) are possible on the Côte de Granit Rose: trail, kayaking, surfing, hiking...

Sur la Côte de Granit Rose, à 2 pas du port, de la plage de La Bastille, du sentier des Douaniers, Maison de pêcheur rénovée avec 2 jardins avant et arrière, terrasses. Le jardin avant est fermé par des portillons à serrure. Stationnement privé derrière la maison, accessible par une voie privée (espace bitumé en haut du jardin arrière). Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

At the end of the road – Charming house

At the end of the road, you will see a large stone house with white shutters. You've arrived! This is the perfect house for families or groups of friends (200 m2). It is a typical old Breton farmhouse that dates from the end of the 19th century. We completely renovated it while maintaining its character. Surrounded by fields and a wood, you can enjoy a large garden (2500 m2).
