Logement entier neuf, à 10 minutes à pied des commodités (commerces ,restaurants, ciné) . Idem pour l'accès au port ( embarcadère pour l'ile de Batz) et plages . Le logement fonctionnel dispose d'une cuisine équipée (plus produits de base) . L'espace nuit est meublé d'un lit de 160/200 avec la salle de douche attenante. Une petite terrasse en bois dessert le studio et elle est privative. Nous disposons d'un local à vélo et le quartier est calme. Sont fournis draps linge toilette sèche cheveux

Full foot on about 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 squaremeters, a large bay window, it is spacious, clear and quiet at only 200 m from the costal footpath GR 34, the port,the beach of Théven ...lovely walks are possibel direction Plouescat or Roscoff. You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Our pretty Breton farmhouse (rated 3 stars by OT 29) was completely renovated in 2020 by us and we wanted to make it a warm and welcoming place while keeping the charm of the old by using materials such as stone, wood, hemp and lime. Located 500 meters from KERNIC Bay, the house is ideally located for cycling, hiking and water sports enthusiasts.
