TI DU, "black house" in Breton, is a contemporary villa located on a ridge, 5 minutes by car from Keremma beach, one of the most beautiful in France. It is the perfect starting point to discover the gems of North Finistère, in particular the Côte des Légendes, Meneham, Brignogan, or the Côte des sables in 10/15 minutes by car. It offers a striking panorama of the rolling countryside and a view of the sea 2 km away as the crow flies. Rated 4 stars, it is very comfortable.

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. This 34 m2 lodge is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people. The Swedish owner has been able to provide a "cozy" decoration where well-being is evident. The fully private accommodation benefits from a very pleasant and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Bedding is located on the mezzanine. You have free access to the sauna and a fire pit. The parking lot is equipped with electric terminals to recharge your vehicle.

The house is located 15 min drive to the Keremma dunes for the beach and 10 min to Lesneven for amenities.
