The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. La Petite Maison

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Nice cottage in a quiet and wooded setting. 'Nature' decoration where wood and plants are highlighted. Enjoy the double bathtub or terrace overlooking the dwarf goats! Located at the edge of a small communal road that ends with a path 50 m further. No traffic. Designed for 2 people, cannot accommodate baby/child. 1 dog allowed if – 5 kg (cannot be left alone in the house). Cats not allowed *It is not possible to postpone the departure time beyond 10:30 a.m.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

When renovating it, we wanted furniture that you won't find in everyone's home, wooden furniture, which has charm, a history, most often made in France. The second accommodation of all the Botplançon cottages, the Rézé cottage is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without neighbors. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The "Le Relais de La Poterie" vacation rental is a stone house dating from the 17th century. It has just been renovated and can now accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests.
