Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. 5 minutes from amenities and starting point of many hikes. Ideally located to visit Morlaix Bay (10 min), Parc Régional d 'Armorique and Monts d' Arrée (10 min), Carantec, its coastal paths and beaches (20 Min), Roscoff, the corsair city (35 min), Plougasnou, Guimaec and its wild coasts (20 min).

Building dating from the 17th century, recently restored to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great place to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Ideal for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

Conviviality in a symphony of wood

This 34 m2 lodge is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people. The Swedish owner has been able to provide a "cozy" decoration where well-being is evident. The fully private accommodation benefits from a very pleasant and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Bedding is located on the mezzanine. You have free access to the sauna and a fire pit. The parking lot is equipped with electric terminals to recharge your vehicle.

Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
