La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

The T1 apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) in a historic building. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-fibered but good quality Wi-Fi connection (ADSL 2). Free parking nearby.
