Whether you want to explore the surroundings, recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, or simply relax, our tree house is the perfect place for your next vacation.

Stay alone or with 2 people, professional or personal. Charming studio on the ground floor of a small building (interior courtyard + bike park) of which I am the sole owner. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV, comfortable bed (140 cm), coffee, fridge, bed linen & towels, etc. Free and easy parking at the foot of the building. Flexible check-in (digicode & key box). Near train station (900 meters), bus (Pré Chesnay stop), city center, major roads: sea (15 min), hospital (5 min), Palais des Congrès (15 min), etc.

Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Ideal for a work stopover or a relaxing stay, you can enjoy a peaceful environment while remaining close to the center and transport. The secure courtyard allows you to store your bikes (rental at the station) with peace of mind 🚲

Small student accommodation

Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30 m² composed of a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from September 20, 2025 to May 30, 2026. We only rent to interns, a student in higher education, students on a work-study contract. You just have to book a minimum of 5 nights for each booking, and for each booking request, you will need to provide proof of a school certificate.

In the gourmet vegetable garden

Escape from the city and join nature to take a break in the heart of the Breton countryside. Our gîte located in a small hamlet, surrounded by animals and our vegetable garden (Vegetable baskets available depending on the season) is a peaceful place where you can relax. Located halfway between two small cities of character: Quintin and Chatelaudren, and 25 minutes from the coast. It lends itself to all your desires and reveals itself in all seasons!

House on the beach + private wellness area

Welcome to our wellness lodge on Plage du Palus in Plouha! In the heart of a natural area, on the dike, this small renovated 40 m2 fisherman's house and its seaside terrace welcome you in an exceptional and peaceful setting! Completely renovated and equipped, this accommodation has a real high-end wellness area: Nordic sauna, shower with bucket of cold water, massage bath... Everything is provided for your comfort. Just come with your swimsuit 😁

Charming typical Breton gîte "Ti Quartier"

This cottage has lots of charm and is furnished with care. Great for couples with 1 child. On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, an open bedroom that offers a warm atmosphere. We have 2 beds, the first 160*200cm and the second 90*190cm. welcome kit Bed sheet and towels are available at an extra cost.

Relax in this very quiet and elegant country home, completely renovated. Located between land and sea, just 15-20 minutes from the beaches. Composed of a double bed and a single bed with bathroom on a plot of 3700 m2. Possibility of providing a baby bed and an extra camp bed for a child. Trampoline, swing and soccer goal for kids. BBQ, essential dishes and refrigerator outside available. Please note, no kitchen but a microwave.
