We are 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from all shops. You'll love our place because of the quiet of the countryside, the outdoor space, its amenities and cleanliness. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. He is a non-smoker.

In the heart of Plestin-les-Grèves, opposite the church, a pretty townhouse completely renovated in 2022. Exceptional location with immediate access to all services and shops on foot, large market every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening in summer. All the beaches of Plestin-les-Grèves are within a radius of 2 to 3 km. Many tourist attractions nearby. The gite is part of a set of two separate houses but with common access by an external staircase.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The village is a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Plestin-les Grèves.
