New wooden house in the village of Ile d'Arz, rue Michel Boitard, ideally located 500 m from the Penera slipway to the east, 400 m from the coastal path to the west and 900 m from the beach of Brouel to the south. On the ground floor, a 35 m² living room overlooks a 30 m² terrace and its south-facing garden (fully equipped kitchen, living area with wood stove, toilet). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a toilet and a dormitory attic.
