Chris’s home was perfect for a weekend down the shore! Close to everything you would need. Chris was extremely helpful and communicative, making the stay even better.

More comfortable and better deal than a hotel. the apartment is beautifully decorated, but very comfortable and uncluttered. Anne was responsive and gave us helpful info on parking. we had not problems getting in and the apartment is lovely and walking distance to boardwalk/beach and restaurants and bars.

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

Cute, cozy little vacation spot. Worked for my family of 4, but I wouldn’t say many more could fit comfortably. I appreciated having the baby gate since there was a pretty tall flight of stairs right at the entrance to the rooms. Great location, about halfway between the beach & Main Street. The park down the street is great for younger kids too.

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

We had a great experience. Loved the house. Beautifully decorated & each bedroom was very comfortable. Easy walking to the beach & nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Josh was an exceptional host. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for being such a great host! 😎

Had such a great weekend at Pamela’s place she was extremely responsive and the place was exactly as described. The location was perfect less than a block to the boardwalk walkable to so many great places. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Our Memorial Day weekend stay at the shore was outstanding. Tommy's property is meticulously maintained and centrally located. The beach is within walking distance, accessible via a private path. Jenkinsons Boardwalk is merely a five-minute walk away, making it an ideal location. Tommy provided us with parking passes for our convenience, which greatly facilitated our stay. He was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us; we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location in between main street and beach+ size for our girls/family event weekend! Well decorated and furnished for all needs. Appreciate the beach cruisers & restaurant recommendation’s. This was the perfect spot for a nostalgic family vacation on the Jersey Shore! We couldn't have asked for a better home for the week for my family of four + my parents + my sister and Bro-in-Law. We had an amazing week lounging around the house, the immaculate front deck, the spacious backyard, as well as easy 1-block walks to the beach and boardwalk. The house was the perfect mix of communal space and private bedrooms... all excellently decked out with comfortable and elegant furniture that was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Special Note, the 1sr floor bdrm and bthrm was great for my elderly parents. The finishing detail was the beach equipment that came along with the house. The beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs as well as the basket of beach toys + the two fishing rods (one adult, one child) were the perfect accessories to let me kids play in the sand and see my son fish with is grandpa. :) We made memories that will last a lifetime. :)

We loved our stay at Jeff's place! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, the place was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach badges, chairs and umbrellas! Also really appreciated Jeff accommodating an early check-in and late checkout, and offering some great restaurant recommendations.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!
