Its "Art Deco" and "Jungle" rooms are adorned with cheerful colours that nicely complement its neat decoration In the heart of the island of Nantes, magnificent T3 of 60 m2, refurbished, on the 3rd floor with elevator. We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips:) The apartment is ideally located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with visit advice, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The accommodation has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240cm). You will be able to park your vehicle in peace and leave things inside if necessary. Apartment: - Living room with balcony, TV, sofa, 2 deck chairs. WiFi (fiber optic internet), Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, board games, phone chargers. - Kitchen: refrigerator-freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, sodastream, dishwasher (pellets provided), washing machine (laundry provided). Tableware and utensils, cutlery and children's glasses. Tea, infusions, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments and welcome nespresso capsules provided. dishwashing kit, vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit Outdoor games box (ping pong and baby football) 2 beautiful bedrooms: - Room "Decorative Arts": 160 bed with ergonomic mattress, pillows and dust mite duvet, bedside, large wardrobe, double glazing, electric shutters. - Room "Jungle": 2 beds of 90, beddings, dresser, toys and books, double glazing, electric shutters. - Shower room: corner shower, basin, hair dryer, towel dryer. - Separate toilet, with built-in reducer for children. - Iron, ironing board, stretcher provided. The apartment is non-smoking, it is nevertheless possible to smoke on the balcony. Linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Beds are made upon arrival. We draw your attention to the fact that this accommodation is located in a very lively area, it is possible to hear the noise of the street despite the double glazing. Moreover, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: 45€ for the stay. Do not clutter up with your childcare equipment and get suitable equipment for your baby: - For walking: a Mc Larren stroller in aluminum, tiltable in the lying position. Rain hood. (The stroller can be rented only 20€ for the stay) - To sleep: an umbrella bed, mattresses, mattress covers, covered sheets, 2 clean turbulets. - To eat: a rotating Chicco 360° baby seat, bibs - To relax: games and books for baby - For hygiene: a bathtub /changing table, sponge covers The entire apartment is accessible to guests. We live in the neighborhood and we are available to guests for any questions. In the heart of the island of Nantes with its village atmosphere, the apartment is close to the recently developed banks of the Loire, the Machines de l 'île and shops. It will also allow you to reach the historic city center on foot. By train: Nantes station then direct bus C5 or tram line 2 or 3 By tram: Stop Vincent Gâche (line 2 or 3) then 5 minutes walk. By bus: Chronobus line C5, stop Republic The building has a secure bicycle garage (a few steps to climb) In the heart of the island of Nantes with its village atmosphere, the apartment is close to the recently developed banks of the Loire, the Machines de l 'île and shops. Take full advantage of this bright, sunny apartment with tasteful decor, enhanced by the warmth of wood. Perfectly equipped, it has a bedroom overlooking a garden for peaceful nights. Possibility of private parking €15/day Apartment located in a quiet area and close to the Talensac market, a market highly appreciated by the people of Nantes for its products. The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. Wine getaway in Bordeaux

We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a year 1900 spirit when it was built. All the household appliances are new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the whole vacation rental and the park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool that is available only occasionally depending on the period and occupancy of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure available pool slots). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you throughout the stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass a few hundred yards away. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 min) and St André de Cubzac (10 min). Depending on the dates of booking of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

Listing matches photos. Check-in is self check-in and the instructions provided are clear. The apartment is very well decorated and bright. It is located on the 1st floor in a small building. There are 6 parking spaces reserved for residents and which is located right in front of the building in a kind of small courtyard. During our stay (August) we have always managed to find a place. Otherwise there is free public parking 200 meters from the building. You can walk to the city center of Amboise, the Château d 'Amboise, the Clos Lucé or the Domaine de Gaillard (between 10 and 15 min walk) which is very pleasant. There is a Carrefour Market within walking distance (15 min). Negatives: cleaning was not done in the details (presence of a lot of "sheep" under the beds) / attention, the hot water tank is set for 3 hot showers/ day. There is a handling to have more hot water but we couldn't.

Apartment in a great location in Tours. 2 minutes from the city center. Private parking. You park the car and you are nearby. Clean, super well-equipped home. Comfortable mattress and quiet accommodation. We are autonomous on arrival and departure. The instructions are clear for picking up the keys, it didn't cause us any problems. Another big thank you to Hélène who sent us a pile of clothes we had forgotten. Hélène is super responsive.

Very nice and cozy house. Located not far from the beach and the city center. Quietly, in its large wooded garden, it overlooks the city: the unobstructed view is superb! Inside: the living room is nice, the kitchen well equipped and spacious. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and upstairs, a nice dorm with 4 single beds.

The accommodation and the stay went very well. The layout of the house is perfect . Small regret Not understood that there is no bedroom downstairs but the sofa bed in the living room / I had asked by phone . And the gate facing the sea is not accessible for cars . And the one in the back is very difficult to access and manipulate . Somewhat complicated for elderly people.
