Emplacement à quelques mètres de toutes les lignes du tramway et de la Gare, l'appartement de 32 m2 est situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur). Il est composé d'une entrée, d'une salle de bain avec cabine de douche et WC, d'une cuisine équipée (frigo, micro ondes, plaques de cuisson etc), d'un salon et d'une chambre (lit 2 places). TV et Wifi accessible. Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
