A 100-year-old house and a large 7000 sqm plot with access to the forest are at your disposal. The house consists of 6 rooms (18 beds), kitchen, 4 bathrooms with showers and 35 sq meters fireplace room. We offer a hot relaxing bath in a banya, a wood-fired sauna and a graduation tower. THESE SERVICES ARE CHARGED EXTRA. There are also several bicycles available. The property is located in the Natura 2000 area, and an 8 km bicycle path leads to the sandy beach on the Szczecin Lagoon.

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
