Grinzing is offering a comfortable art of living with a country style character of quietness and green and a flair of chic.

It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, Standard is 2 persons down, 6 upstairs. A smart TV and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.
