Monthly Rentals in Polvano

The place is absolutely extraordinary, at the top of a hill! The hot tub overlooks a breathtaking view. Absolute calm and tranquility. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly suited for young children, ours were 2 and 4 years old (all gates can be closed). the city of Castiglione Fiorentino is very close, Arezzo 30 minutes away and we were also able to make beautiful excursions to Assisi and Perugia. Marco welcomed us despite our late arrival and was always available by phone, thank you to him! A dream week! Note, the accommodation is at the end of a long dirt road (about 4 minutes) on a steep slope so you have to be well transported. We'll be back with pleasure!!

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Our stay was fabulous. The house was very accommodating for our family reunion. The pool area was amazing . The surrounding country was breathtaking and the town of Castiglion i Fiorentino was more than what we expected. Paolo was truly wonderful. He was so accommodating and always available to answer any questions. He made our stay worry free. He’s the best.
