Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ponte San Nicolò

Really loved staying in this air bnb. Location was perfect about 30 minute walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. Navodi is an amazing restaurant very close to the apartment. The apartment was nice as cosy just like the photos. Easy check in and check out. Would love to come back :)

We had a fabulous stay in Venice! The apartment is in an amazing location and we loved the terrace overlooking the canal! The space is perfect for 2 couples, with large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Rita sent very detailed access instructions and organised water taxis for us which we really appreciated. Highly recommended 😊

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

We had an excellent stay in Padova in Luigi's apartment. It was a beautifully decorated space with lovely personal touches including local treats, wine and recommendations. Luigi met us late in the evening and showed us up to the apartment personally. We would recommend this stay for anyone wanting to explore Padova and it's surrounding attractions. Thank you Luigi!

Clean apartment in a good location right in the middle of Venice, out of the chaos but easily walk to anywhere you want to go. Host also gave local recommendations for restaurants.

Absolutely the place to stay when visiting Venice!!! It was peaceful and quaint and absolutely gorgeous!!! Very comfortable place to come back to after a long day of touring the city.

This was the best stocked AirBnB in my month in Italy. Real home away from home experience. It is as described in her photos with some lovely welcome touches. It is close to the train/bus station in a quiet area. Communication was effective and timely. Siria was very thorough with directions and entry. Would stay here again for sure! Pamela’s apartment is by far the best we ever rented in Europe and US. The place is beautiful, modern, spacious and most importantly: spotless. The apartment is equipped with everything including a washer and dryer which are hard to find in Europe, especially the dryer. We read all the reviews before we booked it, and we were still surprised to find such a place in Venice! The location is excellent, close to the rail station, parking garage and vaporetto station so there is no need to drag your luggage through Venice. The area is very safe and there are many restaurants. Pamela and her son Giovanni are perfect hosts, Giovanni even waited for us at the rail station when we arrived. The only regret is that we only had 2 days in Venice, but we will be back!

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

Sehr schönes, kleines, gut eingerichtetes Haus in einem ruhigen, netten Viertel von Venedig, nahe der Biennale, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und einige gute Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Wonderfully quiet and quaint spot in Venice! Easy to walk to all the sites and loved being right on the water with access to the water buses and airport shuttle. The space itself is so lovely and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!!

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Bonjour Alessandro, Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Le logement était parfait : très propre, spacieux et agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont grandes, il y a suffisamment de place pour tout le monde — on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. L’accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout. La ligne de bus 6, à quelques minutes à pied, nous a permis de rejoindre Venise facilement en moins de 15 minutes — très pratique ! Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter. Encore merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Bien a vous!

Wonderful place! Just like the pictures or better! We felt right at home! Has AC in case is hot, we loved every detail and the location was perfect, beautiful drive from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would stay here again ! 5 starts all around!

un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Flavio et Lucia qui ont fait que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. un logement très spacieux et confortable, dans un quartier paisible et agréable, proche du centre ville et des commodités (supermarchés,...) Flavio nous a donné de précieux conseils de visites. Nos échanges étaient toujours très agréables et intéressants et avons apprécié sa grande disponibilité le logement étant de plus proche des grands axes, cela était très facile de rayonner et découvrir cette magnifique région au vu de nos différentes expériences airbnb, , c'est une rencontre qui pour nous restera inoubliable et nous espérons pouvoir y retourner !! Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Die Unterkunft auf Murano ist ein Traum. Würde ich immer wieder mieten und weiterempfehlen. Das Airbnb hatte alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Einrichtung war sehr harmonisch und familiär. Generell war es sehr sauber! Ich konnte meinen Gastgebern jederzeit schreiben und sie haben mir immer direkt geantwortet. Die Ankunft viel mir sehr leicht, da uns die Gastgeber im Voraus schon eine genaue Beschreibung gegeben haben. Wir haben das Airbnb sehr leicht gefunden. Vor dem Aufenthalt haben uns die Gastgeber über alle guten Orte in Venedig und Murano informiert. Also nur zum weiterempfehlen! Liebe Grüße Antonia 🌸

This apartment is absolutely stunning. It’s comfortable, has beautiful views of a canal and is just steps away from incredible dining experiences. Cristiano was very welcoming and made sure we had an amazing stay. He can furnish you with great recommendations for authentic, local hot spots. I cannot recommend this stay enough. 10/10 highly recommended!

The property was away from the hustle and bustle of the massive tourist crowds. Situated on the island of Giudecca, It was remote, but very easy to get to wherever you want to go by using the Vaporetto. Property was beautifully stacked with snacks, drinks, maps and books. Everything you would need to make your stay so much easier and enjoyable.. We have stayed in VENICE six times found this place to be fantastic.

Silvia was the most helpful and responsive host I've ever had, and I've stayed at many Airbnb places. Her apartment was absolutely pristine - you could literally eat your dinner off the floor! - and so bright and airy. There was plenty of room, and lots of closet and storage space. The views were wonderful, and there was such a sense of spaciousness and light, which can be hard to find in Venice. AC was included and was very effective. Silvia sent us lots of recommendations for secret, untouristy spots known only to locals, which were all brilliant, and she was so quick to respond and so keen to go out of her way to help. The only tiny drawback is that there is no elevator and six flights of stairs, but it was the perfect excuse to work off that pasta! The Canareggio area of Venice is the least touristy and yet so close to everything - this really was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
