La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Going up three flights of ancient stairs, you enter the large dining room with a library that characterizes this apartment. The kitchen, which leads to a terrace with enchanting views, is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals independently. Going up two more flights of stairs leads to the tower, used for relaxation with armchairs and TV.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Casa Roscetta, situated in the Hills of Umbria, with breathtaking views of the Italian countryside, especially the medieval town of Todi, only a 10 minute drive away. The outdoor pool and Wifi are part of the various high-end amenities available to our guests. The house was first renovated in the 1980's from a stone farm house. The pool was built in the 1990's and the entire house has just been completely renovated in 2020 to a high standard.
