Holiday rentals with a patio in Port de Pollença

Great time staying in this very well appointed and comfortable apartment. Quiet neighbourhood but only steps away from the lovely beach and close to shops and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you might need. Especially nice was the terrace, where you can relax wonderfully. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for unwinding. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so you sometimes have to park a bit further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and all very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

Coloma and her team at the guesthouse next door were so lovely and kind, and were especially lovely with our small children. They also provided a cot and high chair for us so we were very well set up (though I would say if you’re coming with babies, the beautiful tiles are a little hazardous for slips and falls - lovely for adults though!) The place was great overall - perfect location and lovely romantic feel to the rooms and quiet shady patio

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was very nice, clean and close to several restaurants, supermarket and a beautiful beach nearby. Stefanie and Miquel also helped us during our stay when we encountered some small difficulties. Thank you for the stay and of course we will come back when we have holidays in Mallorca again. I highly recommend the place.

Hello!! Communication with Rafael and Elena is excellent. When the date of the stay arrived, they sent me the precise information to get to the place. Including maps and photos. Which was extremely useful to us! Check-in was very easy. What I have to say about the apartment is all nice things, since it shows that it is made with a lot of love, in each of its details, everything combines with everything. In fact, they welcome you with a tray full of treats for the soul... chocolates, cookies, juice and even wine! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedrooms, which each have a storage place. A laundry room that makes the stay much easier, a spacious and complete kitchen, the ideal living room for everyone to be comfortable, a balcony terrace, where unique moments are shared, the exit to the beach, directly from the complex, is a pleasure and the best of the best...the view it offers of the Alcudia beach from all the rooms!! If you seek Peace, it is there!Have I found my place in the world?

We enjoyed our stay while in Mallorca at this house! Lots of space, in an adorable beach town, and very responsive hosts. The WiFi only worked in one room (front living room), and we were not able to access it from other rooms in the house. We never used it much because we were so busy exploring the surrounding towns with beautiful beaches, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall would highly recommend this house to stay at while in Mallorca!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful city villa. The villa is a charming combination of old and modern, and even more spectacular and luminous than shown on the pictures. We loved especially the well equipped and big indoor and outdoor kitchens as well as the pool and games room. There is individual air conditioning in all the rooms, which I can imagine quite useful during hot summer months. The locations is great if you a looking for a small Spanish town with little to no tourism. Supermarkets, the local market, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants are all within the area. Parking is available and secure on the surrounding streets, sometimes it takes a few minutes to find a spot, but we always easily found a parking space within walking distance. The only small remark was the neighbors next to the “outdoor/ pool area”, on one side the family had 3 dogs that sometimes were noisy, on the other side there was a (temporary) construction site, which caused some noise sometimes.

Wonderful villa, responsive host and large pool. Stunning views and great location just outside Pollenca town. Just a short drive to fabulous local beaches.

We had a great stay at Justo’s place and Justo was an amazing host. He regularly checked in on us and also provided some great local tips. The place was very cute and nicely decorated, a perfect home base for our trip to Mallorca. It had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and a washing machine. Thank you so much Justo, we had a wonderful time at your place!

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

Thomas’ house was magnificent, a peaceful escape for us. The house is right in the centre of the island and we were able to go to the most beautiful bays in 30-60 minutes. You can feel that the house is generally loved, the kitchen is the most useful kitchen I have ever been to, you can find all kinds of kitchen appliances. In the evenings, you can listen to the birds singing while eating in the garden. Thomas and his girlfriend were also very fast in communicating and helped us a lot with our needs. We will miss Mallorca and this beautiful house very much and I hope we will come back one day :)

Great house close to a cool town

Pollenca is the best place on the island to stay. It is beautiful town, with all the services and the tranquility for a daya to relax. I really recommend it.

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travelers!

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

We had a great stay. Apartment location was perfect for views and restaurants. However there were a lot of steps to access the pool which would not be good for people with health issues.Apartment was on the first level but again steps and awkward for brining in cases and shopping but view and balcony made it worthwhile. Host was very helpful, pro active and easy to contact. Lovely area to explore.

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Monica's house is a true gem! You can see the care put into every detail of the interior and the beautifully arranged garden. The photos really don't capture the true feeling you get when you're there – it's much, much more beautiful and spacious in person. Throughout our stay, we felt completely at home. Truly a wonderful property.

Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!
