Monthly Rentals in Port Lympia

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved Nice . The condo is right in the heart of Nice and everything is walkable. The condo itself is large and beautifully decorated. New bathroom and kitchen. A grocery store is right around the corner. So convenient. Thomas was easy to contact and response was quick. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking in the community was excellent…you could choose between street parking within the gated community or garage parking. The host (Elisa) was 10-star or above….typical response time was “immediate”. Answered all questions, made excellent recommendations on restaurants, bakeries, public transportation. Views from an oversized balcony/patio were exceptional. We felt very secure. Bus lines are right outside the building and can take you in any direction on the Riviera coastline….learn and use public transportation…it’s inexpensive and runs frequently. And the closest beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk downhill….access to the promenade and Old Town and other beaches via bus/tram. Remember to bring water shoes as these are rock beaches, not sand. First time to Nice, France….we will be back…wonderful place and exceptional hosts!!

Beautiful place with everything you need for a stay. Very clean and well furnished and close to everything. I would rent this place again.

Florent was very responsive, always. The apartment is in great location central downtown, which makes it easy to walk everywhere. The building itself was quiet and clean. For a restful sleep the bed was very comfortable and AC available if needed. I would definitely recommend Florent's apartment, you will be happy there.
