A wonderful place to stay in the middle of the Maremma. The house corresponds exactly to the description and is equipped with everything you need. Due to the high temperatures, we were glad to have air conditioning and portable fans. Mosquito repellent was available at each window and Lucia had even thought of mosquito spray and lemongrass candles. Since you are in the countryside, there are of course some of these pests...but with sufficient protection, it's not a problem. Particularly wonderful was cooling off in the private, very well-maintained pool, which was available at all times. After a day trip, it was just a treat to jump into the water or read in the shade of the large walnut tree. The car can be parked on the property and is even covered. Lucia lives in the annex and is available for questions or concerns. Otherwise, she is very discreet. Shopping and beaches are about 15-20 minutes by car. It was great at Lucia's😊👍

Accommodation immersed in the countryside. To get there, there is a large sign at the entrance of a dirt road for about 1 km. The owners have an olive grove and oil mill and a riding school, so you can admire the horses and walk among the olive trees. We were greeted by Mrs. Annika, Federica's mother, lively, very friendly and smiling. The accommodation is the right size for two people, clean. The kitchen is more or less stocked. The bed is very comfortable and there is air conditioning in the room. There is a small space in front of the entrance to sit and have an aperitif but a large common space in front with tables and benches, free Jacuzzi and deck chairs. Very quiet and peaceful area. Possibility of direct purchase of oil and other products. The Wi-Fi does not work, but there are difficulties throughout the area. Castiglione della Pescaia is less than a 10-minute drive

Monica is committed to making our stay as beautiful as possible. She even got a beautiful topper for the double bed when I told her I had a bit of back pain. Go there because it's worth it. You'll feel right at home. There's really nothing missing.

Had a great vacation with Candice and Fabrizio and enjoyed every day in the house and the surroundings. If you like it quiet, you'll find just the right thing here. The house is equipped with two modern bathrooms and everything has been thought of in terms of equipment and accessories (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and many small things (shoe polish, sewing kit, mosquito repellent). The hosts give great tips and are always easy to reach. We will definitely be back!
