Alles war prima. Unsere Fragen rund um Unternehmungen oder anderes wurden immer top beantwortet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus hat alles was man benötigt um dort zu kochen und zu verweilen. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Alles ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet.

Traumhaft schönes Landhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit hüfthohen, duftenden Rosmarinstauden. Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: viele Stechmücken.

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa a Conventello per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è moderna e completa di tutto, ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stato il grande giardino curato e lo spazio esterno, perfetto per rilassarsi in tranquillità. La zona è molto silenziosa ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il mare e le città vicine. Ideale per staccare un po’ e godersi la natura.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

Zeer mooi en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was ook netjes schoon. Het zwembad en de airco zijn een verademing in de warmte. Zwembad werd ook keurig bijgehouden. Leuke aankleding bij het zwembad met zitjes en en ligbedden beschikbaar. Je hoort inderdaad de nabij gelegen weg, maar wij vonden dat niet storend. De communicatie met de verhuurder was super. Ze gaven leuke en goede tips voor uitjes en voorzieningen en hielpen zelfs met een ontstoken muggenbeet. Er is van alles te doen in de omgeving, maar niet super toeristisch. En de hondjes Susie en Mila zijn echt hartstikke lief. De geitjes, kippen en gans pasten helemaal in het landelijke gebied. Dank voor het aangename verblijf!

Our group enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Mazzini. Was a great base to do some exploring of the region. Eleonora was a very responsive & helpful host, meeting us at the house in check in and showing us through all amenities and even had a welcome basket of goodies for us. The Villa is quiet with spectacular views, nice and cosy with an open fire in the living room. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too conducive to using the pool area as much as we’d hoped, but we will just have to come back!

La casa, indipendente, è centralissima e molto carina, con tutto quello che serve. Jolena è molto gentilie e disponibilissima.

2 giorni di tranquillità é quello che abbiamo cercato,e trovato proprio nella casa di Paolo,un host super disponibile,simpatico,e molto gentile.Nostro figlio di 5 anni chiedeva di continuo :"quando arriva signor Paolo? “😁 La casa molto pulita,ed in una zona tranquillissima.Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che ci sono stati forniti gli asciugamani di puro cotone,quelli tipo del albergo per ogni membro della famiglia.I materassi molto comodi.L'unica pecca di questo posto sono state le zanzare(essendo una casa in campagna,molto fastidiose)però con delle candele di citronella penso si può risolvere e si può godere il grande prato che si trova intorno alla 🏠. Grazie di ❤️. Ci torneremo di sicuro!!!

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Haus Casabella verbracht. Alles lief reibungslos, die Gastgeberin Alessandra ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt im historischen Teil von Chioggia und ist auf 3 Etagen verteilt. Unsere Hündin war herzlich willkommen jedoch waren die Treppen für Sie ein bisschen steil. In diesem Teil der Stadt gibt es (fast) gar keine Möglichkeiten für den Hund um sein Nötiges zu erledigen. Es gibt Hundeparks aber die befinden sich auf der anderen Seite der Stadt, 20-25 Minuten zu Fuss. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe des Hauses und der historische Teil der Stadt ist sehr schön. Wir haben 3 schöne Tage dort verbracht. Vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundlichkeit.

Siamo stati benissimo in centro ad un paese carino e tranquillo con tutto quello di cui si a bisogno e dove abbiamo mangiato un'ottima pizza ed un eccellente gelato. Se ripasso da qui sicuramente mi fermerò. Ringrazio Diana per l'ospitalità

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Grazia fue excepcional. La casa es preciosa, totalmente refaccionada a nuevo con muy buen gusto, funcionalidad y detalles cuidados. Todo estaba absolutamente impecable y ordenado. Los baños son muy cómodos. Las habitaciones amplias y luminosas, pero a su vez adecuadamente preparadas con persianas y cortinas black out para descansar sin interferencia de la luz exterior. Los cristales insonorizan perfectamente el ruido de la calle. El wifi funciona perfecto. La cocina está muy bien equipada, no le falta nada. El barrio es precioso, con muchas opciones gastronómicas, pero a su vez tranquilo. Hay un parking de pago (gratis de 20 a 8 hs y los domingos) a 300 metros del apartamento, y también está permitido aparcar en algunos sitios en la calle sin costo. Además, hay un supermercado a 700 metros. Y por sobre todo, quiero destacar la calidez y cordialidad tanto de Grazia como de su hijo Michelangelo. Realmente hacen la diferencia! 100% recomendable!

Wie kann man diesen Platz, diese Idylle beschreiben.? Giovanni ist ein Herzensguter Mensch. Er kümmert sich täglich um Otello und die 2 Katzen/ Kater❤️ und seine Gäste. Alle Beschreibungen der Vormieter stimmen wir zu. Dieser Platz ist „magisch“. Ein absoluter Ort für Entspannung. Und die Gegend bietet so viele Möglichkeiten Dinge zu entdecken. Ich empfehle das Buch von Goivanni. Selbst die kleine Kurzfassung auf ChatGPT macht Lust die Dinge zu entdecken. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Und ich hoffe, dass alle nachfolgenden Gäste dieses Haus wie ihr Eigenes behüten. So etwas findet man nicht allzu oft in Italien. Wer mal einen weiteren Ausflug machen möchte, dem empfehlen wir die wunderschöne Stadt mit ihren Mosaiken Ravenna. Auch ein Besuch am Strand von Lido di Classe. Dort ist man zu 99,5% unter Italiener und kann in Richtung Naturstrand laufen. Bologna ist eine hektische Stadt. Dann eher Faenza erkunden. Der Markt ist sehr schön. Und natürlich Brisighella.

Manu and Manu’s house is fantastic and they are the perfect hosts. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. If anything the photos and description don’t do justice to the quality of the apartment which is totally private and self-contained with the added bonus of Manu and Manu being downstairs for friendly conversation and advice, Manuela’s delicious cake and breakfast supplies each day, and Emanuele’s expertise in the local environment. A great place and lovely people.

Прекрасный дом с двумя большими террасами, грилем и большим столом на улице. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. В жаркую погоду очень помогает кондиционер, он стоит на кухне, но охлаждает весь дом. Квартира рядом с морем и недалеко от хороших ресторанов. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!)

perfetto su ogni punto di vista

Wir wurden freundliche empfangen und alles wurde uns persönlich erklärt. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und ruhig, keine Einsicht durch Nachbarn, sehr privat. Der Stellplatz unter der Begrünung spendet dem Auto Schatten während der Sommerzeit. Der Wintergarten ist prima für die Übergangszeit im frühen Frühjahr oder Vorweihnachtszeit, im Sommer ist es zu warm. Die Klimaanlagen in den (3) Schlafräumen sind sehr hilfreich um den Raum vor dem Zubettgehen noch etwas herunterzukühlen. Der Pool ist super und auf der Liege hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die tolle Landschaft, ebenso auf der Veranda. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, inkl. einer Bosch Spülmaschine (leider waren die Düsen von den Vormietern komplett verstopft, da der Filter nicht richtig eingesetzt war). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt könnte das Objekt noch etwas Nachbesserung vertragen, der Veranda-Holz-Boden ist abgenutzt und die Steine der Poolumrandung zerfallen bereits. Aber das schätzt sicher jeder anders ein.

Casa come da descrizione e foto, siamo stati benissimo. Gli spazi sono ampi, c’è tutto l’indispensabile per una vacanza di più giorni. Con le biciclette in dotazione si può raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio a chi ha bambini piccoli ! La famiglia che ospita è sempre pronta ad aiutare in caso di bisogno…

Nous avons été accueilli par Daniele, tres chaleureux et extrêmement gentil, il nous a fait part de toutes les activités à faire et les endroits sympas à visiter, Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce, très propre et bien pensé il se trouve dans un cadre calme proche de la plage et de toutes les autres commodités sans prendre la voiture, Le séjour c’est très bien passé nous le recommandons vivement

This place is a gem! We stayed here before our cruise and absolutely loved it. There were UNESCO sites at our doorstep and a beautiful Piazza nearby. It’s in the heart of Ravenna where you can walk to shops and restaurants. Alessandro is a fabulous host and even helped us secure a taxi to the port. Our stay in this beautiful city was magical!
