Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Kesäjärven rannan läheisyydessä sijaitseva loma-asunto. Asunnon ikkunoista avatutuu avara maisema Kesäjärvelle. Keittiön ikkunasta avautuu lisäksi maisema avosuolle. Talvella voi mökin pihalta lähteä suoraan hiihtämään. Hoidettu latu on noin 200 m etäisyydellä. Myös moottorikelkka reitille voit lähteä suoraan pihasta. Kesällä vaellusreitille voi lähteä suoraan pihalta. Rannassa on laituri ja soutuvene.
