Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pratovecchio Stia

Lorenzo en Cristina zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het sfeervolle huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs voor de inwendige mens is heel goed gezorgd. De bus bij het ziekenhuis is heel gemakkelijk om snel naar en van het centrum te komen, kortom dit is een ideale plek om Firenze te verkennen. Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Se potessi darei 6 stelle! Giovanna e suo marito sono stati molto accoglienti e super disponibili, ci siamo sentiti come a casa! L'alloggio è ancora più bello dal vivo che nelle foto, molto pulito, fornito di ogni cosa di cui si potesse necessitare. La zona circostante molto tranquilla immersa nel verde, di facile accesso a diversi sentieri, perfetta per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Das Haus ist wunderbar, ein altes Steinhaus, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Trotz des kalten Wetters war es kuschelig warm. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir konnten direkt vom Haus aus in die toskanische Landschaft mit herrlichem Ausblick wandern.

Grazie Cosimo, questa casa non solo ha rispecchiato le aspettative ma anzi, le ha superate! Un'esperienza di immersione in un luogo meraviglioso, adatto ad accogliere un gruppo come é stato il nostro. Torneremo sicuramente!

Che dire, una favola nella favola! Un posto incantevole, immerso nel Chianti Rufina, i vitigni di zona, FrescoBaldi perciò un’istituzione! La casetta di campagna è una realtà che in un attimo di catapulta a casa, rimpiangendo di lasciarla per tornare alla propria. Pulizia comfort atmosfera e la gentilezza della Host ha reso questa esperienza una fuga dalla realtà, alla quale ogni tanto ri attingere! Non la consiglio, sarebbe riduttivo! Vorrei che ogni persona che passa per Pomino potesse vivere quello che abbiamo vissuto noi! Grazie Edi .. alla prossima, sicuramente

We arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight and I couldn't find my directions for parking. I phoned Lorenzo who came and found us and took us to the apartment. Because of the time there was no where that we could get something to eat so he brought us snacks to keep us going until the morning. There where items that we could have for breakfast already provided. We found its location for getting to all the major cities ideal, either by the train service which was close ,and not expensive (15.20 euros ) for 2 return tickets to Florence , or by car. Pisa , Lavorno, Lucca and Sienna all around an hours .drive. Silvia was always helpful and did not impose herself on us unless we needed help. This was our first time in Italy and it was a very pleasant time .We would use again if we returned to this area without hesitation.

très bonne placement. belle environnement, le cartier calme, proche de transport. facile à accessible dans le centre de ville. la maison propre, tout le nécessaire et disponible, l'hôtesse très amicale et bienveillante. toujours disponible pour répondre 🌟🌟🌟💯💯💯 nous étions 5 filles et l'espace était très bien. je recommande vivement 💯💯💯🤗🤗🌟🌟🌟

Massino씨는 완벽한 호스트 였습니다. 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 지내는 동안 안전하고 편하게 보냈습니다. 서비스로 제공해주신 와인 감사했습니다. 피렌체를 즐기기에 부족함이 없는 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 주차역시 프라이빗이 보장되는 전용 주차장이라 안심할 수 있었습니다. 감사했습니다.

Lorenzo’s place was clean and as described. You go up a staircase that has 22 steps to go to the apartment but once inside the rooms are spacious. The host even had some snacks and croissants for us to eat. The place is very close to Porta San Frediano which you cross to go to the city centre. Parking is available on the street in front. We walked to all the main sights like the Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio and Galleria dell’Academia to name a few. There are good restaurants next to the apartment and we tried Braceria San Frediano and Rione Brewpub which were both very good. Highly recommended!

Filippo’s space was even better in person. Fairy lights over the bed greeted me upon arrival. I had coffee and tea as well as some brioche for my mornings. The room is beautiful, loved the painted walls. The bed was comfortable and despite the heat outside, it was cool inside.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Soggiorno ben oltre le nostre (già alte!) aspettative! Emanuela ci ha accolto nei migliori dei modi e ci siamo sentite subito a casa, la sua ospitalità da manuale ci ha davvero conquistate. È stata un’host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L’alloggio è una splendida tenuta immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, perfetto per chi cerca un’oasi di tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Le foto davvero non rendono giustizia alla casa, molto spaziosa , e al bellissimo giardino.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques chez Flaminia. Le gîte est très joli, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le jardin est enchanteur, la vue est magnifique. Flaminia nous a régalé avec ses recettes home made, au diner et au petit déjeuner. Et le cours de cuisine était formidable : nous avons appris plein de choses, Flaminia a été très généreuse. Bref, c’est une excellente adresse pour ceux qui aiment les beaux endroits, les bonnes choses et les belles personnes.

The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

l'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi tra negozi e attività all'aperto. Luogo pulito,minimale ma non tutto ciò che serve. Chiara è super reattiva e disponibile nelle risposte . Ci siamo trovati veramente bene a 360gradi

The stay with Valentina was absolutely wonderful. The place is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by nature and filled with a peaceful energy. We felt truly welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. The meals were homemade with love and full of flavor, adding a special touch to the whole experience. We’re so grateful for our time here and would love to come back again!

Fantastisk sted, med smukke rolige omgivelser. Tusind tak for et fantastisk ophold – det var præcis, hvad vi trængte til. Ro, smuk natur og naturlige lyde. Og hvor heldig har man lov at være – at bo lige ved et rislende vandløb! Vi følte os både varmt modtaget og meget velkomne. Tak fordi vi måtte besøge vingården – det var en stor oplevelse. Poolen var skøn, og morgenmaden var et højdepunkt hver dag med nye, lækre kager. Beliggenheden er også helt perfekt – fredeligt, men stadig tæt på det hele. Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! Hope to be back soon!

Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!
