We booked Marion's apartment for our family getaway trip and it we couldn't pick better! The apartment is very cosy and provides everything you might possibly need on such trip. Marion provided clear instructions on how to get around the apartment and check-in/check-out. Besides the great location, we really appreciated the services from shopping mall that is just elevator ride down from the flat and also private parking in the building garage. Overall we really recommend this place when staying in Linz!

Very nice newly renovated, quiet, well equipped and clean apartment. Great starting point for trips to the area, Austria and the Czech Republic. If you love nature, this is the place to be. Communication is also great! Thank You !

Amazing Place to stay.

An apartment just near the main street, close to the river and central neighborhood with outstanding attractions such as the Castle Museum, Lentos Museum of Modern Art, Electronic Arts Center... totally walkable. There is private parking right next to the house- a great plus in Linz. There was just a little confusion initially finding the house as the apartment is on the backside, side street. Close to the road so if you open the window it will be a little noisy, but overall no problem. If you travel Linz by car highly recommend you here

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

Communication with Alice was great, really very nice and accommodating. Could/were also allowed to check in a little earlier than planned. The house, front yard and back garden are really nice and big, all exactly like the pictures. It just needs to be noted that you are very dependent on a car. Currently, there are no sidewalks yet.

We felt at home from the first moment - the house, the surroundings and the loving design made our stay unforgettable. The tranquility and the nature all around invite you to relax, and you can feel in every detail how much heart and soul Astrid and Michael have put into creating this special little piece of earth. They were always there for us when we had questions and made our stay perfect all around. We would love to come back - thank you for this wonderful time!

Very nice place! Very convenient accommodation and super well equipped

Everything was perfect, very clean, well-equiped and nice house. The only thing to critisize was that we could not lock the bathroom downstairs and found the bed in the dormitory downstairs too soft.

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

It was an amazing stay at a cozy place in a lovely location with a wonderful host. It's been 2nd time I've stayed at Monika's spaces. What can I say? She is the most welcoming, friendly and responsive host one can find. Looking forward to spending next year spring break at Monika's!

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again.
