Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Přední Výtoň

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Marco was very easily accessible and helpful: I had to arrive spontaneously by train, so I was without a car. There was no shop in the village itself; Marco lent me a bike so that I could still shop in Hohenau in the evening. I also found that for one night my husband and son could come, I found very nice. As a starting point for hikes - even without car ideal. And the log cabin is surprisingly spacious, even the three of us have enough space.

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

I loved my stay at Hana's place. She was extremely welcoming and warm. Her place felt like home. It was very convenient for the bus station, about an 8 min walk. Not much further into the town centre. It was nice being out of the hustle and bustle. Her place was tidy, light and airy and comfy. For a two night stay this was just right - at a great price. Hana was helpful with personal recommendations for restaurants and cafes. I would love to stay here again.

Marion was very helpful with me receiving a DHL express delivery sent from our home town of Coldstream, British Columbia, Canada. 🇨🇦 She contacted me when the parcel arrived and even sent me pictures of an important document that was inside my parcel. This was super helpful. Thank you. 🤗

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the edge of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have come to rest wonderfully and have had beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly recommended for a next visit.

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

The apartment was harmonious and well furnished, it left nothing to be desired. We liked the surroundings very much, we went hiking and cycling, admittedly it was quite rugged by bike. The hosts were very friendly and uncomplicated. We really enjoyed the bread they baked themselves. There was no shop in the village itself. Gladly again.

perfect place for the weekend we were there - the town is so small that nothing is far, but this apartment is very central, right next door to the schiele centrum. hosts are in the store at street level, and were very helpful and accommodating. thank you!

Unfortunately, after we had to cancel our stay with Birgit & Franz, it worked out this time. Starting with the very friendly communication and the very flexible check-in, about the warm welcome by the hosts, the apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean and tidy. We were also allowed to store the bikes in the carport. Since you live directly on the Danube bike path, it's a good idea to arrive with bicycles. All in all a nice stay - we felt really comfortable. A very pleasant welcome in the apartment was that everything was thought out, such as treats for children and dogs, and a bed for dogs, etc. Spacious and functional accommodation for at least our family of four and two dogs. Nothing to complain about, only good things to say. Very friendly and peaceful area, with a very nice playground for children in the backyard. Hosts are very friendly and respond well to messages. We can highly recommend this home.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

A great place in a great location. City square just a few minutes' walk away, outdoor swimming pool right on the doorstep Shopping at the discount store is easy to reach by car. Otherwise, the Schärding city center attracts with its charm and many great local shops. Price performance is top and the communication is flawless and very fast.
