Beachfront holiday rentals in Premantura

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for us and the location is excellent. There is very easy access to Pula, and for shopping and supplies. The swimming from Sunny Steps was wonderful and we loved being on the balcony looking out over the bay every evening. The local Wakepark bar was great also! I would love to go back and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

Very nice host, always reachable, always good tips at hand about beach and restaurant options nearby, very clean apartment, modern furniture, perfect location to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Bikes, SUP, and kayaks for those who want to do more sportive vacations. Highly recommendable, we will come again.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man braucht. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Besonders angenehm war die eingezäunte Terrasse für unseren Hund u. die nahegelegene Vizula zum Gassigehen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

One of our best Airbnb stay, we would like to come back again! The Garden is beautiful and the Apartment has everything what you need!

Great place to stay: two big bedrooms, well furnished kitchen, conditioning in each room, excellent location near the seaside and shopping mall, clean. Franka greeted us with drinks and fruits.

Es war eine kleine schöne Wohnung genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der kleine Strand in der Nähe war für uns nicht ansprechend, aber es war alles innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen mit dem Auto, egal ob Strände, Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. Wir durften den Garten mitbenutzen, in dem auch einiges für Kinder geboten ist. Marija ist immer hilfsbereit gewesen und hat uns bei jedem Anliegen geholfen und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben (sogar ein Heft mit allen Infos angelegt). Ich kann die Wohnung aufjedenfall herzlichst weiterempfehlen!

Wirklich sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, alles ist reibungslos abgelaufen. Die kleine Wohnung ist auch wunderschön und der kleine Gärten passt genau wenn man einen Hund dabei hat. Gerne wieder 😃😁

Alloggio bellissimo molto più bello che dalle foto, cucina grande molto attrezzata, la casa presenta tutti i comfort possibili, tv in sala con Netflix, tv nelle stanze, macchina del caffè con cialde annesse, asciugamani per la piscina, set cortesia in bagno e molto altro. Piscina bellissima e giardino curato Host gentilissima come essere a casa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Familien-Urlaub bei Natasa. Der Strand und das Meer sind sehr schön und zu Fuß in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Der Pool und der Whirlpool wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und waren sehr sauber. Natasa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Heerlijk rustig dorpje, alles binnen loopafstand (supermarkt, bakker, restaurants). Binnen 10 minuten op strand (waar je een parkeerpas voor krijgt van Davor) en in Rovinj. Mooi centraal gelegen in Istrië. Als je op zoek bent naar rust en weg wil uit de drukke toeristische plekken, dan ben je hier op het juiste adres. Davor is dagelijks aanwezig voor onderhoud aan de tuin etcetera en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of een praatje. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en komen zeker terug!

we had a wonderful stay in Pula. The accommodation is absolutely recommended! Barbara is a great host - the best we've ever had! She is proactive, always friendly, great recommendations and super cute gifts. We felt incredibly comfortable and would recommend this accommodation to everyone because you won't regret it. With our rental car we were at all the hotspots in just a few minutes. The nearest beach was a 15-minute walk away. We are more than happy and satisfied with the price-performance offer. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed! 🌟 10/10 !!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Dragan‘s Wohnung. Er hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und war während der gesamten Zeit stets verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung und das gesamte Grundstück mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.

Nette Gastgeber der Pool war immer sauber zum Strand ca. 10 min zufuß am Strand ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk Apartment war sehr schön klein aber fein alles vorhanden was man braucht Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns bei Dorijano sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und frisch gebackenem Kuchen begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem bestückt was man braucht und die schöne Terrasse und der Pool sind wunderbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und nur 10min. fußläufig vom Strand entfernt und auch zum Einkaufen braucht man mit dem Auto nur 1min.. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Anna ist ein Herzensmensch, wie man es selten findet. Bei jedem kleinen Problem stand die uns sofort zur Seite! Sie ist immer fröhlich, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Ihr kleiner Hund Luna ist auch toll, meine Kinder haben sich immer gefreut über sie und sie gerne gestreichelt! Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna war super, wir haben jeden Tag genossen und meine Tochter sagt: Sie möchte auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen! Danke für alles und bleib so toll, wie du bist, liebe Anna ❤️💚❤️💚

Stoja è veramente comoda e tranquilla come zona, con la macchina si arriva in 7/8 min nel centro di Pola. Noi abbiamo preferito spostarci con il bus perché molto pratico:in massimo 12/13 min si arriva alla fermata centrale ( Fermata Giardini 3 p&r), avendo una carta ricaricabile ( che Bernarda ci ha fatto trovare già sul tavolo con circa 7 euro all'interno 😍) ogni viaggio costa solo 0.90 €. La fermata è ad un minuto dall'appartamento. Sempre nei dintorni si trova il centro commerciale Max City e un panificio. La spiaggia si trova a un minuto a piedi ed è meravigliosa 😍 ovviamente è rocciosa ma quasi come tutte le spiagge qui. Sull'appartamento c'è poco da dire, piccolo ma bello. La veranda ed il giardino con vista sul mare molto suggestivo, letto comodo, cucina Ben attrezzata e Abbiamo usufruito anche della lavatrice. Bernarda, suo marito e la piccola Dotty sono veramente gentili e disponibili. Li ringraziamo di vero Cuore e speriamo di rivederci ancora ❤️

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Great, near new apartment in the heart of beautiful Rovinj old town. Smartly and tastefully appointed, the apartment looks brand new and everything works. Close to everything, all within walking distance, restaurants, cafes, market, amenities. An easy choice to experience best of Rovinj.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Plomin Luka. Für meine Kinder war der Strand genau richtig. Haben aber auch tolle Ausflüge nach Rabac, Medveja und Valun auf Cres unternommen und tolle Strände vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien und super schön eingerichtet. Wir haben besonders die Lounge auf dem Balkon abends geliebt. Sogar mit Lichterkette. Lucian war immer sofort erreichbar bei Problemen und hat geholfen. Beonsderen Dank nochmal an die tolle Überraschung in der Wohnung zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes und den leckeren Kuchen. Alle haben sich so über die liebevolle Geste gefreut. Ein rundum toller Urlaub

Das Appartment ist ideal geschnitten, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Küche ist prima ausgestattet (mit besonders hochwertigen Töpfen und sogar einer Jamie-Oliver-Pfanne). Überall war ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden und viel Ablagefläche. Im Eingangsbereich gab es sogar eine Flurgarderobe. Viele Möbel sind neu und auch das Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche ist frisch saniert und geschmackvoll und praktisch gestaltet. Vom großzügigen Wohn-Ess- und Küchenbereich geht es auf die große Terasse, von der man einen ebenso wunderbaren Meerblick hat wie aus dem Wohn-Ess-Bereich. Das Appartment ist direkt gegenüber der Kirche, neben der wir gut parken konnten. Die Glocken läuten auch nur 3 x am Tag, u. z. um 7.30 h, um 12.00 h und um 19.00 h. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marija sehr genossen und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wem das Bett im Schlafzimmer zu sehr schaukelt und ächzt, der kann auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ausweichen.

We stayed there over the weekend and had a blast. 😍The beach is about a minute away and with the bus you are in 10min in the middle of Pula. My small one cried because we had to leave 😂 The apartment was completly renovated and very clean. Thank you for the hospitality.
