I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.

A little off the center of the village, almost at the Darsswald, lies the enchanting property with the vacation home. The vacation home in Prerow does not immediately reveal what is inside with its maritime-romantic exterior view.
