we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Prerow „Seaside 2“- strandnah!

Die Ferienwohnung „Seaside 2“ liegt ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum von Prerow in gerader Linie zur Seebrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum wunderschönen Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es 600 Meter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2020 fertiggestellt worden und mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Urlaub ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, moderne neue Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Kaffeemaschine uvm.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" beach, forest, city vacation

The apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

Cozy maisonette with its own sauna

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
