Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The apartment is located in the quiet and local village of Schwarzenbach near Pressath. Two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub, toilet), guest toilet, dining room, living room and kitchen characterize the apartment. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and thus offers the perfect accommodation for the family, couples, assembly workers or also the individual.

This newly renovated two-room apartment is located near the Weiden Süd motorway exit. After the entrance area you get directly into the apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. In the living area there is a sofa bed. A dining table with three chairs is also available. In the bedroom, in addition to the 1.80x2.0m bed, there is a wardrobe and a clothes rack. In the bathroom there is also a bathtub in addition to the shower. The guest parking lot is on the property.
