Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Princeville

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

Great spot, the community is very well manicured and quiet. The space itself is well maintained and well appointed with everything needed to get started. Nothing was "out of order" or needing repair while we were there. The condo is private and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. Parking does get a bit stressed towards the end of the day when everyone comes back from their day's activities. However here is a spot for overflow which we needed to use a couple times when we got back on the later side. There are some beach essentials available (boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, umbrella and a small cooler) which we were very happy to find. Would highly recommend this place, it housed our family of 5 for almost three weeks and it was just right.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

I booked this place for the mountain and waterfall views from the back porch and I’m happy to say it was way better in person than even the pictures conveyed! The house itself was very pleasant and spacious.

Great location, lots of room well equipped kitchen but not new furnishing. Everything was more than adequate but not updated. Loved the massage chair though!

Mariana's property is beautiful custom home and well located within Princeville, an upscale master-planned community/resort area along Kauai's north shore. The property is clean, comfortable, well equipped inside and out. The upstairs contains the kitchen and living room area with high wood ceiling and lots of surrounding windows. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs cooled by the breeze at high. The backyard looks out on mountain views and has a nice lawn area along with several fruit trees (avocados, lime, grapefruit). They even have plenty of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas snorkels, boogie boards) that guest can use with permission. Close to several beaches, restaurants and points of interest (walk to Queens Bath or Hideaway beach). Highly recommended stay for a small group or family!

My group and I loved the place! We enjoyed our stay here, it was very cozy and was located near a lot of great restaurants. If available, we’ll definitely book again!

Carrie’s home is beautiful. It felt like a home that is loved and well taken care off. It was very clean, something extremely important to our family. We felt at home and enjoyed treating the property as our home for the duration of our stay. The second floor is especially bright and airy and a beautiful space to relax and unwind with your family after a long day out and about. We loved the host’s thoughtful attention to detail be it recommendations on beaches near by, places to eat, a well equipped kitchen, beach equipment like chairs and snorkeling gear. If there was a question that popped in our heads, it was most likely answered as part of the clear instructions provided to us even before arriving for our stay. Loved the clarity on house rules and the prompt communications with the owner. In summary, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable and serene stay in Princeville (Northern part of the island) you will love Carrie’s home.
