Beautiful condo in magical north shore Kauai! Our location in Princeville was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, multiple beaches and Queen’s Bath! You can also arrange to be picked up for a shuttle at the Princeville Golf course (10 minute walk) to go to Hā’ena State Park for the dreaded (and beautiful) Kalalau hike! You need to make a reservation 30 days in advance. The Princeville Plantation offers a lovely pool and BBQ area. The condo itself is very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels are nice and new! Eric was a great guy to work with and provided a ton of info about the area. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice place. Sat at the veranda and enjoyed the lush vegetation and warm weather with a soft breeze. The pool and hot tub with waterfalls were very pleasant. Nice scenery. The market and restaurants were a little over a mile which we walked to often. Princeville a great location with Hanalei right next door. Lots of hiking, snorkeling, sightseeing and shopping. It was a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely loved this spacious timeshare. Check~in was fantastic and informative. Lots of extra activities to enjoy as well as live music by the pool, bike rentals as well as pickleball and shuffleboard . Saturday at 4pm was live music and free Mai Tai’s. Great experience and the lodging had plenty of clothing storage, large bathrooms with an equally large dressing area. Make-up mirrors, full length mirrors, ironing board and washer/dryer. Lanai was huge.

This spot is in a perfect location for exploring the trails and beaches of the North island. The beautiful stay comes with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved exploring Kauai form this great stay as well as relaxing on the property.

Loved staying here on Kauai! Views were absolutely stunning and the amenities on site were great- loved being able to stretch out and have our own kitchen to cook in - beds were really comfortable as well! Would definitely return

We will also be very glad to come back in the future. We were right at home through out the entire week we spent in Kauai! This is our third place staying at Margie’s condo in Princeville. We love staying here because it feels just like home. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfortable. There are tons of beach supplies as well like umbrellas, chairs, toys, and snorkels. We are looking forward to our next visit here again very soon.

We initially booked a 1BR Villa with Balcony but received an upgrade to a 2BR 2Bath Villa with Balcony free of charge. Overall our experience booking with Anna was easy and hassle free. The Wyndham Bali Hai may be a little dated but it is far from worn down. As a matter of fact I found the resort to be perfect for island life. Our room was conveniently close to the pool and the atmosphere surrounding the resort was tranquil. We were only in town for a few days to recharge our batteries and we were able to do so in such a short time. Thank you Anna for allowing us to stay at your property. 🤙🏼

Our stay at Shari’s place exceeded our expectations. The location was great, her home was very hospitable, and the large rooms and high ceilings were an added bonus. She left very clear check in/out instructions and gave us some great recommendations. We felt safe and at peace and can’t wait to return to Kauai’s beautiful north side!!

Lovely home for three couples. Beds and bedrooms were all comfortable each with its own bathroom. The lanai was perfect for lounging and eating meals at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay at Laura’s house. She was very responsive throughout.

Gifted this to friends who decided to elope when they arrived on the island. Right away the hosts were responsive and helpful, such a blessing on short notice! This was their Honeymoon nest and they were over the moon, blown away by the condo, the location, the amenities. You helped them have an unforgettable wedding weekend. Mahalo!

Such a beautiful place! My family and I had a wonderful time here. The host was so accommodating and the space was perfect for our family of 6 (including a toddler). We would absolutely come back and book this place again!

We had a nice stay in Princeville. Laura was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was in a great location for exploring the north shore. It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Only complaint is the AC is pretty loud and didn’t reach one of the bedrooms but it wouldn’t hold us back from visiting again.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Beautiful home - probably could handle two families with kids. Old School Key versus digital entry. Beaches are about 20 - 25 minute walk from house, closer by bike. Very beautiful landscaping, made it feel very private despite being in a neighborhood. Upstairs bedroom had no shades so my wife and I slept downstairs, very comfortable beds and stout AC for sleeping.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the lush green landscape and ocean in the distance was a highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the peaceful, scenic location. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and take in the natural beauty of Kauai!
