I recommend this accommodation, if you want to get to know Tuscany in its very essence. The place is beautiful, it has everything nearby! Paolo welcomed us very kindly and was always there for us! A patio with a barbecue that is a breath of fresh air for the afternoons, children and pets! Mattresses and shower that for us is the main thing on long journeys, very good! I would definitely stay here again. I loved it. Thanks and see you next time!

We stopped for one night at Silvia's during our trip. It went very well. The accommodation corresponds in every way to the listing and is very well maintained. Despite our late arrival, we found a restaurant a few steps from the accommodation. Silvia is available and her information is very clear.

The place is as described with a stunning view and helpful hosts. The little seating areas outside our apartment were private and peaceful and the one had a an amazing view over the mountains and town below The apartment was clean, airy and had everything that we needed. The pool is great and even though shared, we always seemed to have it to ourselves Matteo and his family were lovely hosts who made us feel welcome and were on hand if we needed anything or some advice

We really enjoyed our stay at Teresa's apartment in Pistoia. It looked just like the description and had all we needed for our stay. Teresa was a great host who took good care of us from booking to check out. Great communication. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful week at this wonderful location. The villa and specifically our apartment on the second floor is beautiful and spacious. The estate is beautiful and wonderfully quiet. We were able to visit many beautiful places such as Pistoia, Lucca and Florence quickly and easily by car. We'd love to come back.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our two night stay in Pistoia with our eldest two granddaughters. The high ceilings made the rooms feel so open and the girls loved sleeping in the upstairs loft space. We always appreciate when there are plenty of towels (which there were) and when there is flexible check-in time (which there was)!!!! And the open living room/dining room/kitchen made relaxing in the apartment so comfortable too.

I will book again for my next holidays and I will recommend to my friends!!!

We spent eight wonderful days there. And we felt very comfortable. The hostess and her parents are very helpful, very friendly, educated and nice. The garden is also child-friendly. Our eight-year-old twins liked to play there. We felt at home there and hope to return soon.

The house, spacious and comfortable, is immersed in a fairytale grove...a real oasis of peace! Extremely relaxing vacation for me but especially for my dog who was able to roam free to the garden/forest safely (the property is all fenced). Definitely a place I'll be back and I highly recommend. And what about Paolo? A super host, extremely courteous and helpful...thank you for everything!

Excellent place to stay in Monsummano Terme, we traveled with our dog and he was very well received by Antonia and her entire family. The apartment is cozy, nice and very well equipped for cooking. It has everything you need for a short-medium stay. The area is very safe and close to many places of interest.

We had a wonderful time with two families in the mill. It was a real adventure to be allowed to stay here. We baked delicious pizzas in the wood oven and swam in the river every day. The children loved jumping from the rocks into the water. Leticia was a great host who solved any problems we had flawlessly. We really hope to return to such a great place and host.

This property is in a stunning setting with beautiful local towns. We really enjoyed our stay after busy city visits. Host offered great hospitality and perfect suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We had a wonderful time at the Sabrina’s place! The house is very cozy and the surrounding is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

great location to explore the Tuscan countryside

The house is in a small village of few houses. Divided on three floors, with a lovely terrace where we made aperitifs, wooden stairs and rustic parquet on the ground. Inside it was really equipped with everything you need, including towels, bed and kitchen. We also took advantage of the presence of a smart TV that we connected to our phones using the Vodafone network, which takes a great time there, including 5g. There were only two of us, so we used the bedroom on the middle floor as a walk-in closet, super comfortable!

Very nice apartment, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything that overlooks the slopes , the woods and a stream. The ideal for a relaxing but also active vacation, given the possibility of walks and trekking nearby. Great pizzeria/restaurant a few steps away. Communication with Luca was always fast and efficient, with tips on things to do and see. I'll be back very gladly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Caesar's apartment with the family and we loved it. The apartment is spacious, equipped with several air conditioners and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner greeted us with a bottle of wine, fruits and sweets - a very welcome surprise upon arrival. Cesare is a very kind and helpful person, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful time staying with our dogs! Everything was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel good. We were particularly enthusiastic about the excellently equipped kitchen – finally really sharp knives! This made cooking really fun. The pool was a real highlight: bigger than in the photos and very well maintained. The location is quiet and idyllic – with a little luck you can even watch deer. In the morning we liked to have breakfast on the terrace, enjoyed the sunset in the evening and the view from the balcony. Deborah gave us a very warm welcome and had great tips for the area. We'd love to come back – absolutely recommended!

We had a great time, very warm house equipped in every detail, everything clean and fragrant, it really seems to be at home! Always warm... and it conveys so much peace, you feel that it is a family home... the owners are also very kind and helpful, they gave us a nice welcome, everything was decorated for Christmas with sweet bread and homemade wine!
