Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Schneifel View Apartment: Pure Relaxation

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment, which was designed in May 2023 with a lot of love for detail. On a spacious 90 m², it can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with smart TV, radio and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: a bunk bed, a single bed with a pull-out bed, a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom has shower, toilet and washing machine. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and seating area.

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
