Located between Lamballe and St. Brieuc, just 19 km from Val André and 14 km from the medieval city of Moncontour, among the most beautiful villages. The village is liven up by a bakery, grocery store, bar restaurant, nurse's office and two hairdressers. A hypermarket is a 5-minute drive.

Enjoy original accommodation in a 17th century weavers' house. you will be welcomed in an artist's studio on the theme of fish on the ground floor of our family home. You can decorate your own fish so that it can join the "sleeping fish" and thus leave a nice trace of your visit. The decoration evolves according to the finds and creations of your host. You will be in total autonomy in a medieval village classified as rich in surprises.

My little home (Saint-Michel district)

Our cozy 22-square-meter studio was completely renovated in early 2023. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence in a cul-de-sac. the parking lot is at the foot of the building. You will find all amenities 300 m from the accommodation ( supermarket ,pharmacy) and the city center of Saint-Brieuc is a 5-minute walk ( a bus stop is on the street) the marina of Saint-Brieuc is a 10-minute walk away.

We welcome you to a small village in central Brittany between the English Channel and the Atlantic (30 min north coast and 1 hour south coast). Just an 800-meter walk from the center of Plouguenast, you will find shops and local amenities. For hiking lovers (equestrian, mountain biking, hiking) the town has several kilometers of marked trails to discover the Lié Valley, one of the loops passing through the village of Rotz
