On the ground floor is the living-dining area, an equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Senseo coffee machine) as well as the bathroom and toilet. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence in a cul-de-sac. the parking lot is at the foot of the building. You will find all amenities 300 m from the accommodation ( supermarket ,pharmacy) and the city center of Saint-Brieuc is a 5-minute walk ( a bus stop is on the street) the marina of Saint-Brieuc is a 10-minute walk away.
